Hi there, i’d like to design a poster for the tanabata festival, i’m currently a student at leeds college of art and found out about the festival via the luu japanese society facebook group. Please let me know if i can be of any help.

Thanks very much for your message. That would be great, we’re currently looking for people to lend a hand with all aspects of the event so if you know anyone else who would be interested then please pass the word around!
How about if you did a quick outline of a poster, send it to us and then we’ll let you know if it needs adjusting? Key info to include is: Society name, Event name, date, venue, contact details, brief intro/illustration of the event, sponsors logo etc.
Obviously there’s not much time until the event so we need to get posters and adverts up ASAP – when’s the earliest you think you could get something done by?
